The Python-Duvernois ZAC stretches between the Porte de Bagnolet and the Porte de Montreuil, aiming to transform eastern Paris by strengthening the green belt and improving the quality of life for residents and users. This 17-hectare low-carbon-certified district (BBCA Quartier), developed under the supervision of SEMAPA, will include public spaces, a sports park, new and renovated housing, job-creating business buildings, and a multi-sports facility. Construction began in 2021 and will be completed by 2030, with the first section of the park delivered this summer.
As part of this major project, setec opency, appointed by SEMAPA for its expertise in SCMC (Scheduling, Construction , Management and Coordination), is overseeing the construction of the multi-sports facility and its surroundings. This 10,000 m² timber-structured facility, designed with ambitious environmental goals, will house a variety of sports spaces, even extending onto its rooftop. Its eastern façade, built with a timber frame, will proudly dominate the ring road with its 100-meter length and 30-meter height.
