Projet

Located in Fontenay-sous-Bois (94), the Val-de-Fontenay station hub is a major node in the Île-de-France transport network, serving 115,000 passengers per day.

The development of the area’s economic attractiveness anticipates a doubling of passenger traffic by 2035, necessitating a complete redesign of the station hub and its original layout.

The launched redevelopment project will transform this site into a modern and seamless mobility hub, offering new transport options to prevent potential congestion and address existing operational issues.

Project Objectives :

  • Integration of new infrastructure, including the T1 tramway, the “Bords de Marne” bus service, and metro lines 15 and 1.
  • Improvement of connections between RER A, RER E, and bus lines, as well as enhanced accessibility through the construction of new station buildings and passages to facilitate movement.
  • Redesign of public spaces, development of cycling infrastructure, and creation of a new bus hub to streamline passenger flow.
  • Strengthening urban integration between the hub and adjacent neighborhoods, particularly the Alouettes sector to the east.

Mission

setec opency is assisting the project owner, SPL Marne-au-Bois, with an Inter-site Project Coordination (OPC Interchantier) mission, structured into two key components:

  • Overall coordination (2024-2037): Management of various railway and intermodal projects at the station hub level.
  • Construction coordination (2024-2026): Supervision of works in the surrounding station area, interface management, and anticipation of critical phases.

setec opency is implementing a Lean Management approach to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between construction projects. This collaborative strategy facilitates information sharing and ensures optimal coordination of interventions at interface points.
