Construction of the Urban Garden offices in Lyon

The Project

The Urban Garden commercial development, situated in Lyon’s 7th arrondissement, is a 28,000 m² office complex featuring contemporary architecture. It comprises five office buildings, with a reception area on the ground floor that includes a catering service, a concierge desk, a co-working space and wellness facilities. The underground car park covers the entire site and provides 282 spaces. The roof slab forms a tree-lined esplanade between the buildings. This development is part of a sustainable development approach, with green spaces created on the numerous terraces within the complex. As part of this project, in addition to assisting the clients in organising and coordinating the works, setec opency implemented a lean construction approach and managed the progress of the works using a visual phasing method.
