This major shopping center project, led by APSYS, will cover more than 50,000m², offering a solid range of shopping, locally-inspired restaurants and a broad spectrum of leisure activities. This new structure is also intended to become a place of exchange and sharing, with the presence of a Fab Lab, a community hall and a coworking space.
As for the architectural project, the ambition is to respect the industrial memory of the site, which once housed factories manufacturing large hydraulic and mechanical equipment. A creative, industrial and contemporary architecture inspired by the history of the site and signed by the talented Maison Edouard François.
Neyrpic is a project led by APSYS, a real estate development company with operations in France and Poland. A passionate player in the city for 25 years, APSYS designs, builds and brings to life iconic retail spaces and complex urban operations.
