setec opency has completed the construction of the Voiron Hospital Center, where it is responsible for scheduling, management and coordination.
This new hospital complex comprises 29,000 m² of new construction organized around a technical platform, a 280-bed accommodation building, a logistics courtyard, an energy building and a parking lot.
With just a few months to go, the new Voiron hospital will open its doors to the public on Saturday, July 3, 2021, from 9am to 6pm, prior to the transfer of services.

In the study phase:
general planning
preliminary study with MOA, MOE and CARSAT on the general organization,
the Note d’Organisation de Chantier (NOC) including in particular :
procedures for managing execution studies,
communication management and common resources,
the Site Installation Plan (SIP)
Management agreement for the joint expenditure account
During the construction and AOR phases :
detailed planning and management
detailed planning of tests and RPOs,
management of contractors and implementation of “Lean worksite” methods
