Our goal is to be proactive within our ecosystem as a participant in the Engineers & Citizens initiative of the setec group, engaging with our clients, employees, partners, and stakeholders.

setec opency’s CSR policy, initiated in 2023 and expanded in 2024, reflects our commitment to society and the environment. By acting as a socially and economically responsible entity, we aim to manage and reduce our environmental impacts while contributing to the well-being of the communities in which we operate.

Our Commitments

  • With associations: organize collections and provide sponsorship, including skills-based volunteering.
  • Promote “eco-friendly behaviors” through challenges for our employees and training on climate and digital impact assessments.
  • Incorporate responsible purchasing policies into our commercial offers, monitor CSR purchasing criteria (such as Prorata), and assess our partners (especially service providers).
  • Strengthen our partnership with ARES to support the employment of individuals who are distanced from the job market.
  • Implement our Disability and “Employee Caregivers” & Disconnect charters.
  • Address gender equality with our gender equality index.
    Promote diversity in our Human Resources policy.

setec opency 2024 Sustainability Report

Sustainability at the heart of engineering project performance

At setec opency, sustainability is a strategic pillar of project management and long-term value creation. As a subsidiary of the setec Group, the company aligns its actions with the “Engineers & Citizens” approach, which aims to combine technical excellence, corporate social responsibility and collective benefit.

The publication of this Sustainability Report, structured in accordance with the VSME standard (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for Small and Medium-Sized Undertakings), marks a key milestone. Although not subject to the European CSRD directive, setec opency has voluntarily chosen a structured CSR/ESG reporting framework tailored to engineering SMEs, in order to formalize its environmental, social and governance commitments.

The report highlights concrete actions and commitments across the three ESG pillars – Environmental, Social and Governance – in support of clients, employees, partners and shareholders. It reflects setec opency’s ambition to bring stakeholders together, foster engagement and achieve sustainable success, while strengthening its credibility as a reference player in responsible engineering.
