Project

People Connect is a real estate complex comprising offices, a hotel, various services on the ground floor and garden level, as well as an underground parking level.

Ideally located in the Mandela area at the heart of the Presqu’île ZAC in Grenoble, this new development will revitalize Mandela Square by promoting an energy and environmental concept based on geothermal energy using groundwater, with a heat pump and a rooftop photovoltaic plant.

Mission

The project owner (MOA) has commissioned setec opency to assist with schedule management, coordination of studies and construction, overall organization of the works, and, more broadly, facilitating communication between the project’s partners.
