Renovation of the Ventadour Building, Property of the Banque de France

Project

The Banque de France is undertaking a major renovation of the Ventadour Building in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement.

The project aims to upgrade the building into office spaces, which the Banque de France will subsequently lease.

Owned by the Banque de France since 1892, the building has undergone significant changes over time, including a major restructuring between 1955 and 1965. Although not listed as a historic monument, its façades are protected under the Paris Local Urban Plan (PLU).

This project will be executed through a single project management consortium and will be phased in two stages:

  • Phase 1 (13 months): Involves clearing, asbestos removal, and lead abatement.
