Mastering deadlines

  • Scheduling and Technical Feasibility
  • Support in Contractualizing the Works
  • Engineering Studies Management
  • Supervision and Coordination of Construction Works
  • Lean Construction

We support the design of complex construction projects by developing the scheduling of various tasks and the planning of studies and construction work.

Through constant communication with the project team and analysis of the project’s specificities, we define the critical path, key milestones, technical interfaces, implementation constraints, and contractual execution arrangements.

By staying closely connected with the project team and present on-site during the construction phase, we ensure rigorous monitoring of the agreed scheduling measures and actions, as well as the independent, factual, and thoughtful identification of any deviations.

As a driving force for solutions, we bring forth favorable outcomes for stakeholders through our Lean construction approach, which promotes collective anticipation and collaborative work

This first step forms the cornerstone of the organization and future management of any project. As it is a strategic point to ensure the feasibility of the construction within the set deadlines, we do not undertake our ‘Scheduling, Planning, and Coordination’ (SPC) missions without mastering it.

Our mission : To establish a schedule for studies and construction work, as well as a precise phasing plan for the project’s execution, ensuring its completion within the timeframe set by the project owner.

Our approach : We tailor each project to its specific needs. We analyze all technical and organizational aspects to define the necessary duration for the work and determine the sequencing: the order in which each company will intervene. This essentially answers the question, “Who does what and when?” We formulate various organizational and scheduling scenarios to identify the ones that best meet our client’s expectations.

Our strength: Our experienced planners also rely on the expertise and processes of our three specialists from the “Upstream Consulting” unit.

“For the extension of Paris Metro Line 14 to Orly Airport (14 km, 3 tunnels, 8 stations), two expert planners worked on the project’s scheduling, directly contributing to its commissioning in time for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games”
