Project

Following the recruitment of a Lean Manager, IGN successfully experimented with internal process improvement initiatives. These successful examples have sparked the interest of several departments and managers.

IGN decided to organize a one-day Lean Management awareness session for a team of department heads and service managers.

This training is intended to help the leadership and management team better understand the Lean approach, its specificities, and its benefits, as well as to identify the opportunities that its implementation could create within IGN.

Mission

Lean Management awareness mission:

• Defining training needs and expectations : assess and outline the specific requirements and goals for the training session.
• Designing a custom lean training program : develop a tailored lean management training course to address the identified needs.
• Remote group training using Klaxoon : conduct online training sessions for a group using the Klaxoon platform.
• In-person group training : facilitate an on-site training session for another group.
• Presentation of participant feedback : collect and present feedback from the participants of both training sessions.
