On an SCMC assignment to rehabilitate/raise 5,000 m² of office space in Lyon, France, setec opency is digitalizing its collaborative planning with contractors on a touch screen.
The paper post-it note is replaced by a digital one. The objective is simple: keep the simplicity and agility of the exercise, easily associate valuable information for SCMC management and save time with automatic reports!
With the help of a touch screen and the appropriate software, planning meetings take on a whole new dimension! In 15 minutes, the detailed schedule is adjusted with the software directly with and by the companies, the causes of delays are assigned to each unfinished task, and a range of indicators can be updated automatically on Power BI or Excel.
