Project

The future Aulnay operations center, spanning 20 hectares, will be the heart of the new metro lines 16 and 17. It will encompass three main functions:

  1. Centralized Command Post (PCC): This post will supervise and operate lines 16 and 17 of the Grand Paris Express. It will coordinate train traffic using real-time data.
  2. Maintenance and Storage Site (SMR): Trains will be stored, serviced, and maintained here.
  3. Infrastructure Maintenance Site (SMI): This site will house the installations and equipment necessary to keep the tracks, tunnels, viaducts, and energy distribution networks operational.

Eight years after the construction of lines 16 and 17 began, a decisive and symbolic milestone has been reached. The very first test train has arrived at the Aulnay operations center.

Mission

For this large-scale project, setec opency, a member of the KEIROS consortium (comprising Egis Rail and Ingérop), is undertaking a General OPC mission for the Société des grands projets. We ensure spatial and temporal coordination and adherence to schedules for lines 15 South, 16, and 17.

Beyond operational management, this mission reflects our commitment to realizing one of the pillars of our strategy: “Being engaged actors in the world.” We are proud to contribute to a major project for the decarbonization of mobility. This project accelerates the ecological transition in Île-de-France, reduces pollution from transportation, and limits urban sprawl. It affirms our role as responsible engineers and citizens in facing environmental challenges for a better and more sustainable future.

setec opency is honored to contribute to this ambitious project that will transform mobility in the Île-de-France region.
