setec opency, a subsidiary of the setec group, specializes in project scheduling, responsible construction site management, and project management. We support you in the successful execution of your most significant and complex building and infrastructure projects. For over 50 years, setec opency has been providing services in Scheduling, Construction Management and Coordination (SCMC), managing shared cost accounts (Prorata), and now also guides you in implementing Lean Management practices to achieve even greater operational efficiency.

Through constant communication with the project team and analysis of the project’s specific characteristics, we define the critical path, key milestones, technical interfaces, implementation constraints, and contractual execution provisions.
Present alongside the project team and on-site during construction, we ensure rigorous monitoring of the measures and actions established in the scheduling process, as well as the independent, factual, and thoughtful identification of any deviations.
