Our expertise in site facility management & prorata is exemplified in the TELT – Lyon-Turin Euralpin Tunnel project. SNCF Réseau has entrusted the consortium of setec opency, Eiffage Génie Civil, and Cougnaud Construction with the development of the shared construction site in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. This 14,000 m² site accommodates over 300 people daily and aims to prevent congestion in nearby municipalities.
As the lead contractor, Setec Opency is responsible for:
- Managing the consortium with a Lean Management & Construction approach
- Operating the site for 9 years: maintenance, waste management, user services
- Ensuring safety and security through rigorous access control
- Promoting an eco-friendly and community-conscious approach, including energy consumption monitoring, solar panels, water recovery, social inclusion clauses, and employment of local businesses
