Lean: Yellow Belt Training, offered by Quentin Guyon from setec opency
setec opency is proud to offer its Lean: Yellow Belt training course, led by our SCMC pilot and Lean Black Belt expert Quentin Guyon. Through this training, we offer support from the concrete launch of the Lean Chantier approach on your projects through to mastery of the operational tools.
For this first day of training, our trainees studied and tested Lean and SixSigma approaches adapted to the construction industry. They also covered geo-temporal planning, the Last Planner System, Visual Management and problem-solving.
The next training session will take place in 6 weeks’ time, when they will be able to apply these lessons to their own projects and take stock on the second day of training.
