At setec opency, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just a concept. It’s a commitment deeply rooted in our “engineer and citizen” DNA, with measurable actions and real impact. By acting as a socially and economically responsible player, we aim to monitor and reduce our environmental footprint while contributing to the well-being of the communities in which we operate. Here’s how we turn our values into concrete commitments:
Training to take action: 100% of our employees have been trained in the Climate Fresk, and 50% in the Digital Fresk. These training sessions are fully integrated into our onboarding process to raise awareness among our engineers about environmental issues from day one.
Promoting inclusion: We are strengthening our partnership with ARES, a social integration enterprise that supports people who are far from employment, by using their logistics and installation services on our project sites. This partnership reflects our social commitment by creating job opportunities for those in need, while contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive economy.
Acting for equality: This year, our gender equality index reached 88/100, a significant improvement from last year’s 71/100. This progress highlights our continued commitment to equality and is the result of actions taken to promote greater equity within our organization. We are determined to keep advancing to make gender equality a lasting reality.
Controlling our environmental impact: setec opency has once again maintained its ISO 14001 certification and reaffirmed its environmental management ambitions for 2025. Our approach includes: conducting our environmental assessment with a specific focus on the digital footprint (which will lead to a dedicated action plan for 2025), identifying and monitoring our Significant Environmental Aspects, and ensuring continuous legal and regulatory monitoring.
