Construction of the Grand Paris Express Infrastructures L15 South-L16-L17

Project

The Grand Paris Express is a new metro system designed to connect major suburban hubs without passing through Paris, aiming to ease traffic congestion.

setec opency is involved in two segments:

  • Line 15 South, a 33 km stretch connecting 16 stations from Pont de Sèvres to Noisy-Champs.
  • Lines 16 and 17, with Line 16 spanning 29 km and linking 10 stations from Saint-Denis Pleyel to Noisy-Champs, and Line 17 covering 27 km, connecting 9 stations from Saint-Denis Pleyel to Mesnil-Amelot in the north.

These lines will be fully automated and are expected to accommodate up to 3 million passengers per day.

Mission

setec opency is responsible for organizing the tasks of studies, construction, testing, and commissioning in both time and space.
