L'AP HP
2027
The AP-HP Sorbonne University Hospital Group has decided to transfer the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department from the Pitié-Salpêtrière site to the Trousseau Hospital site to co-locate these activities with General Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology.
The IDEAL project aligns with the national health strategy, which prioritizes child psychiatry and neurodevelopmental disorders. It will be developed in consultation with all stakeholders in child psychiatry within AP-HP, as part of an institutional, regional, and national project. IDEAL will also facilitate the structuring of clinical research to meet the needs of patients and their families, with the establishment of an Autonomy Clinic and new technologies for neurodevelopmental disorders in collaboration with the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Robotics (ISIR) at Sorbonne University.
For this public health project, setec opency is conducting a Scheduling, Construction Management and Coordination (SCMC) mission during both the design and construction phases. The challenge is to ensure the continuous operation of the site for its users and staff without compromising the quality of services.
Given the urgency to provide the community with the services of the IDEAL project, despite a constrained budget, setec opency is committed to efficiently managing its execution. They will leverage their expertise in SCMC/Lean Construction, honed on particularly complex projects, while also limiting their own profit margin.
