Construction of the Marengo Multimodal Exchange Hub in Toulouse

Projet

The Matabiau station in Toulouse is projected to see its daily passenger numbers double by 2030.

With the introduction of Metro Line C and the arrival of the high-speed rail (LGV) between Bordeaux and Toulouse, over 150,000 travelers will pass through the station each day.

To support this growth, a 135-hectare urban development project called “Grand Matabiau, quais d’OC” has been launched to create an attractive new living environment around the station.

Multimodal Exchange Hub (PEM) Marengo

The PEM Marengo project involves the construction of three distinct facilities, designed and built with a high level of integration:

  • The “Transport Hall,” which will connect Matabiau station with Metro Lines A and C, the bus station, and other mobility modes.
  • An office building that will host the Maison du Climat (Climate House) and the Regional Tourism Committee.
  • The “Vélostation,” providing parking for 1,000 bicycles.

Mission

setec opency has been commissioned to carry out an Scheduling, Construction Management and Coordination (SCMC) mission, covering all phases from studies to the construction of the facilities.
