Development of the urban zone 1 & 2 – Lyon Confluence

Project

The Confluence area, a vast 15-hectare territory in the south of Lyon, aims to balance environmental requirements with the future needs of users. The development of ZAC 1 includes building works with 400,000 m² of office space, housing, commercial areas, and recreational spaces. Infrastructure works are also part of the project.

The development project for ZAC 2 covers an area of 420,000 m², including the Marché-Gare district, which is planned to accommodate housing, offices, commercial spaces, and public facilities. To promote green spaces, preserve unpaved areas, and reduce urban heat, parking will be limited to the perimeter of the buildings.

Mission

setec opency’s involvement facilitated the organization of the stakeholders on the construction site to carry out the work. We also assisted the project owner in executing the works and managing general interest expenses.
