Electrification of RATP Bus Depots

Project

The project is part of a broader ambition to convert all RATP buses to electric by 2025.

This requires transforming 17 of the 23 bus depots. The operation involves:

  • Creating new electrical supply points.
  • Adapting buildings to distribute electrical power to each bus.
  • Modifying workshop areas to ensure the maintenance of the electric buses.

Mission

Thus, setec opency is responsible for preparing interventions in advance, ensuring the proper implementation of established guidelines, and serving as the main liaison with the various internal services of the project owner.

setec opency handles Scheduling, Construction Management and Coordination (SCMC)during both the design and construction phases, as well as inter-service coordination.
