Multimodal Exchange Hub Lyon Part-Dieu

Project

The ambition of the Part-Dieu project in Lyon is to reinvent the district so that it is more contemporary and attractive. It continues its transformation with the development of a pedestrian zone along rue Servient, the creation of a parking exit tunnel, the construction of the Place Basse Béraudier exit on rue Bonnel and the work on new public spaces from boulevard Vivier-Merle.

The projects target three main challenges: rethinking mobility with a larger station and a new railway, creating a benchmark European tertiary district with 650,000 m² of offices and finally creating 30 hectares of public spaces and new roads.
