The Experimental Group initiated the renovation of a 4-star hotel in Val d’Isère. As the Technical and Environmental Assistant, JLL aimed to enhance the execution oversight provided by setec GLI.
setec opency will therefore strengthen the Scheduling, Construction Management and Coordination (SCMC) mission carried out by the general contractor Créadésign, focusing on the management of the following issues:
- Smoke extraction for the parking area
- Connections with the technical production rooms
- Fire detection throughout the hotel
- Overall management of activities related to the safety commission
