This initiative is an integral part of the Stéphanian plan “Cœur d’Histoire,” which aims to revitalize the Tarentaize-Beaubrun neighborhood and enhance the attractiveness of the city center.
Our expertise in site organization ensures adherence to the schedule and effective coordination of all participants in this project. setec opency also manages inter-site coordination (SCMC), ensuring the proper execution of works carried out by the various project owners.
Additionally, they manage the Prorata account for the rehabilitation and requalification of the Loubet block, in collaboration with EPASE and Habitat & Métropole, overseeing the shared facilities, site base, and logistics for the four phases of the construction project conducted simultaneously.
