REDEVELOPMENT OF AXA OFFICES IN LYON

Sogelym Dixence has once again placed its trust in us, entrusting setec opency with the SCMC mission for the requalification of the AXA offices in Lyon Part-Dieu.

The mission includes the complete cleaning of the building, the removal of existing facades to create new ones, the complete upgrading of offices and services on the first floor, and improved access to outside areas. The building, located on the corner of Carrefour Lafayette, has 9 floors (+ 4 parking levels) and a total surface area of around 14,000 m².

setec opency employees are currently carrying out the SCMC mission in the design phase, once again demonstrating their expertise in building sites in dense urban environments. All site installations and logistics interfacing with the tramway, buses, bicycles, pedestrians and road traffic have been designed to enable the site to be launched shortly.
