After 6 years of renovation, the Musée National de la Marine opened its doors last November.

The program of works inluded the renovation of some 9,000 m² of floor space, architectural refurbishment, the implementation of a new scenography in the semi-permanent exhibition spaces, and an overhaul of the site’s signage. In this context, setec opency carried out a scheduling, construction management and coordination mission on behalf of OPPIC, with the aim of managing the overall timetable for completion and delivery of the work, and monitoring the interfaces between the various sub-operations. The museum now offers new spaces in which visitors are transported into an immersive universe, making the sea and maritime adventure a subject of common interest that can fascinate all generations.

setec opency is proud to have contributed to this project, and salutes all the teams involved in this remarkable restoration.
