As part of the development of its Lean activity, setec opency is extending its scope of action to include Lean Management, rather than just Lean Construction. This more global approach covers all the company’s processes and involves all employees in the continuous improvement process.
To make this transition, setec opency has been working for over a year with Nialli Inc., a company specializing in digital solutions, to digitalize Lean Management practices together. setec opency already uses numerous Lean tools such as geo-temporal planning, visual management, LPS, Obeya rooms, etc., which enable us to gain in efficiency and better meet our customers’ needs. Through this collaboration, setec opency teams have been trained in the use of these digital tools thanks to the expertise of Rick Kennedy , Senior Business Development Manager at Nialli.
In the near future, setec opency will be opening two showrooms, in Paris and Lyon, to enable customers and partners to test and learn about these digital Lean Management solutions. These dedicated spaces will showcase the digital tools developed by Nialli, combined with setec opency’s Lean Management practices. Visitors will be able to discover the benefits of this management method and familiarize themselves with the latest technologies used in this field.
More than ever, setec opency remains convinced that Lean Management is the key to success for companies wishing to increase efficiency, reduce waste, control costs and cut lead times.
