Engineer Equality : A week to take collective action for gender equality !

During the Gender Equality Week from March 3 to 8, organized by Syntec-Ingénierie, setec opency is proud to share its new gender equality index. This year, we have significantly improved our score, reaching 88/100, a clear increase compared to last year’s 71/100.

This improvement reflects our ongoing commitment to gender equality and is the result of actions implemented to promote greater equity within our organization. Among the measures taken:

  • Salary regulation to ensure equal pay between women and men with the same skills.
  • Monitoring pay raises by qualification, ensuring equal opportunities for career advancement for everyone.
  • Managerial training programs for women, aimed at facilitating their access to leadership positions.
