setec opency is leading the SCMC (scheduling, construction management and coordination) project for the restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral.

The SCMC plays a central role throughout the project. Placed alongside the project owner, its strategic function enables the project owner and project management teams to control all organizational aspects, from planning to the actions of the various parties involved.

Its missions include coordinating and sequencing tasks for all the players involved, harmonizing work in time and space, planning and monitoring the progress of operations according to the owner’s recommendations, in close collaboration with the project manager.

setec opency has a key role to play in ensuring schedule control for this exceptional project, which will see the rebirth of one of Paris’s most beautiful symbols.
