Regeneration and modernisation of the La Défense business district

The Project

At the heart of the La Défense business district in Courbevoie, the Vosges-Corolles area is one of the most densely populated. Developed in the 1970s, the neighbourhood is being revitalised through the refurbishment of obsolete tower blocks covering 143,000 m². The project includes the development and landscaping of the areas at the base of the towers, the redevelopment of the northern ring road and the modernisation of the internal access roads. The aim of the project is to provide residents, employees and users with an open and airy public space for the comfort of all.
